I LOVE going to HHH. The equipment is top notch, there’s so much variety and space that you never feel like you’re in anyone’s way. It’s an ego free gym and the staff are quick to become friends. Couldn’t recommend any higher!

I have been participating in the morning strength classes for the last 6 weeks. The strengths of these classes are trainer/owner Taryn's focus on education and care for his clients. The consistent approach to quality form, building strength from a solid basis and catering for individuals just highlights his determination to help all clients regardless of their level. Ive just signed up as a full member so I can take advantage of everything the gym has to offer full time. Thanks Taryn.

Definitely the best gym i have been to. The machines and equipment is top tier and ive been loving the cold plunge.Everyone is really nice and easy to get along with and its a great vibe.

The owners have done a terrific job of creating a warm and friendly atmosphere with a team of beautiful people who genuinely care about your fitness goals.
