Why did we start HHH?

When Taryn and April first crossed paths, they immediately discovered a shared dream: a place where true health and wellness come before quick fixes, and where every person can develop habits to last a lifetime. As a physiotherapist (April) and a personal trainer (Taryn), they saw firsthand how chasing visible “results” often misses the bigger picture of health. We knew there had to be a more holistic way—a way to help people truly thrive, not just survive.

That’s why we created Hustle Hut Health. We believe your health span should match your lifespan, and that requires more than a crash diet or superficial fitness goals. At Hustle Hut Health, we offer a 24-hour gym, invigorating group classes, and fully equipped recovery rooms featuring a sauna and cold plunge. Our physiotherapy clinic, staffed by five dedicated professionals, is just the start: our vision includes expanding to dietitians, massage therapists, and psychologists to care for every facet of your well-being.

We also support your journey with ready-to-go meals that are free-range and preservative-free, along with top-quality supplements at affordable prices—all housed conveniently under one roof. We’re here to empower you with the tools, guidance, and motivation you need to create a healthier future.

We want you to thrive, not just survive. Join us at Hustle Hut Health and embrace a community built on empathy, expertise, and a whole-person approach to wellness. Your journey toward optimal health starts the moment you step into our hut. Let’s make every day a step closer to living the vibrant, fulfilling life you deserve

Let's talk numbers

Don’t just take our word for it, our vision is guided by the latest research statistics, with a continued commitment to growth.

  • A study in the Preventive Medicine journal showed that older adults (aged 65 and above) who participated in regular strength-training activities had a 46% lower risk of all-cause mortality than those who led a sedentary lifestyle.
  • Engaging in regular resistance exercise can improve insulin sensitivity, enhance glucose metabolism, and lower body fat—factors that collectively reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and other chronic diseases. In fact, multiple studies suggest that those who perform regular strength training can see up to a 30% reduction in the risk of developing type 2 diabetes compared to non-exercisers.

Those who used a sauna 4 times per week for 20 mins, saw a 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death and a significantly reduced risk of all-cause mortality.

  1. Multiple-Fold Increase in HGH

    • One often-cited study observed that 30 minutes of sauna bathing at approximately 80°C (176°F) can result in a 2- to 5-fold increase in growth hormone levels, compared to baseline measurements.
    • Another report indicated that short-term, high-temperature sauna sessions (about 80–100°C / 176–212°F) can lead to even larger acute spikes—some studies have shown increases up to 16-fold under very specific, intense conditions (e.g., repeated sessions in a single day).
  2. Repeated Exposures Enhance the Effect

    • Research suggests that consistent, repeated sauna sessions over a short period (for instance, daily or every other day for 2 weeks) may sustain elevated HGH levels more effectively than infrequent sessions.
  3. Mechanism

    • The temporary increase in core body temperature and mild stress response from heat exposure triggers the release of various hormones, including growth hormone. Elevated pulse rate, increased blood flow, and heat-shock protein activation may all play roles in this process.
