Do I need a gym tag to access the gym?
No, access if gained through an app named “KISI”
Can I try the gym before committing to a membership?
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial for new members. You can experience our facilities and classes before deciding on a membership.
Is there parking available at your gym?
Yes, we have ample parking available onsite for all our members, including accessible parking spaces. Warilla shopping centre is also 200m away, with hundreds of car parks.
What is your cancellation policy for memberships?
Non lock in Memberships can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with cancellations.
Are there any age restrictions for gym membership?
Yes, members must be at least 16 years old to use the gym. We also offer junior memberships for those younger than 16 years old, with parental supervision.
Can I freeze my membership if I go on vacation or have a medical issue?
Yes, we offer the option to freeze your membership for up to 3 months. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Do you offer any discounts for students, seniors, or corporate employees?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for students, seniors, and corporate employees. Proof of eligibility is required.
Do you provide childcare services?
We currently have an unsupervised Creche, with assortment of toys, colouring in books ect
